Renee isn’t just a master of the warehouse—she’s also a trained HVAC technician, educated at WTI, as well as a former WTI teacher assistant who has a knack for electrical troubleshooting who knows her way around the technical side of our industry. But what truly sets Renee apart is her ability to juggle multiple critical roles with grace, precision, and a whole lot of heart.

She handles ordering, inventory, tool management, and job site prep with a level of organization that is nothing short of elite. Whether it’s a late-night part run or making sure the right material is ready for the right crew at the right time, Renee is on it. If you’ve ever had a repair done quickly and efficiently, there’s a good chance Renee had something to do with that speed and success—even if she wasn’t the one on the job site.

She’s the calm in the storm of our emergency service world, where everything can go sideways in a second. Renee brings structure to the chaos, helping us stay on track no matter how wild the day gets.

But Renee isn’t just about logistics—she’s got a heart of gold. She’s caring, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand. She advocates for what she believes in, never afraid to be herself, and steps up when someone needs support—whether it’s a teammate, a customer, or the entire company.
