Kayla is more than just our Office Manager — she’s the force that keeps PD Plumbing Heating and Cooling running like a well-oiled machine. With over five years of dedication to our company, she’s been instrumental in shaping our growth, culture, and daily operations.

At work, Kayla is the person everyone turns to. From solving complex problems and hitting deadlines to offering advice and lifting spirits, she’s our go-to for just about everything. She manages bookkeeping, team morale, scheduling, and operational systems — all with a calm, collected attitude and a touch of humor. She’s the reason our team feels like family.

What makes Kayla stand out isn’t just her intelligence and skillset — it’s her heart. She’s the first to plan surprise celebrations, the one making birthdays special, and the listening ear when anyone needs to vent. She’s a voice of reason in high-pressure situations and brings clarity, creativity, and common sense to every challenge.

Outside of work, Kayla is a supermom of five, pet lover (including three dogs and a snake), and a DIY enthusiast. She enjoys crocheting, traveling, cruises, and yes — she even loves spiders.
