Scheduling, estimates & pricing

  • Availability: Appointments depend on technician availability, parts, access, and safety conditions.
  • Estimates: Estimates are non-binding until on-site inspection. Final pricing may change due to actual conditions (access, code issues, hidden/concealed damage, additional parts/labor).
  • After-hours/emergency: Premium rates may apply and will be disclosed before work begins.
  • Permits/Code: Customer is responsible for approvals not expressly included in the quote.

Payment terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • We accept cash, card, or approved financing. Deposits may be required for special orders.
  • Late balances may incur fees/interest as permitted by law. Returned payments may include a processing fee.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Missed appointments may incur a fee.
  • Special-order parts may be non-refundable once ordered.

  • Items listed as “extra” (e.g., tankless flush, filters > 1″) are billed separately.

Warranties & exclusions

  • Workmanship warranty is limited to the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to covered parts.
  • Exclusions include improper use, lack of maintenance, pre-existing conditions, concealed/hidden damage, code upgrades not in the estimate, and hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead, mold) unless specifically quoted.
