Analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. We configure our analytics implementation to avoid intentionally sending names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. Analytics storage may vary based on region and your cookie choice. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled by default unless you choose to accept optional cookies. We may use Google advertising services, including pay-per-lead and call-reporting features, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)advertising tools, including lead forms and measurement technologies when enabled.
- Choices: when shown, use our cookie banner to accept or decline optional cookies. You can also use a tracker/cookie blocker, adjust browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
- Meta Lead Ads: when you submit a lead form on Facebook/Instagram, Meta sends us your contact details and responses so we can provide quotes and scheduling.
Jobsite photos & media
We may take photos or videos at a jobsite to document existing conditions, diagnostics, estimates, work performed, installation progress, safety, quality control, warranty matters, training, or customer communications. We may use non-identifying jobsite images for educational, website, social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes when authorized. We do not intentionally publish customer names, street addresses, house numbers, license plates, private documents, or other identifying details without permission. Photos or videos showing an identifiable customer or other person, or used with a testimonial or endorsement, require separate permission or release when appropriate.
Sharing your information
We share data with service providers who process it for us under contract (they don’t sell your data): website hosting, analytics (Google), advertising (Google/Meta), Housecall Pro (scheduling, customer communications, invoicing), payments (e.g., Stripe/Square), email/SMS/call tools, and security/IT.
