Kaylee isn’t just a dispatcher. She’s not just the friendly voice on the other end of the line. She’s the heartbeat of this company — the one who keeps the gears turning when things get chaotic and the glue that keeps the whole operation from flying apart during our busiest seasons. Around here, we like to call her our Human Swiss Army Knife, and believe us, she’s earned that title a thousand times over.

From coordinating our technicians and calming down panicked homeowners, to juggling schedules, answering questions, and remembering the little things that most of us forget — Kaylee does it all. And she does it with a smile, a sharp sense of humor, and a level of badassery that makes the rest of us step up our game.

But behind the headset and the hustle is a woman who values what really matters. Kaylee is a proud mom of two amazing kids, and when she’s not running the show at PD Plumbing, she’s out soaking up Kansas skies — camping, fishing, and making new memories with her children, friends, and family. She lives for those moments and brings that same warmth, patience, and grit into everything she does here.
