Britt’s plumbing career began in his early teenage years, apprenticing under his uncle, a master plumber. This early introduction provided him invaluable insights, laying the groundwork for his deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Over the years, Britt expanded his expertise, earning his Master Plumber and Master Mechanical licenses. He sharpened his skills further working with esteemed companies like Fahnestock and Pipe Dreams before bravely launching PD Plumbing Heating and Cooling in 2011—just six months before the birth of his son. This bold move was driven by his determination to create a better future for his family.

Family is the cornerstone of Britt’s life. He and his wife, Brandi Moore, have been partners in life since meeting in high school over 25 years ago. Britt takes immense pride in being a dedicated father, teaching his son the values of integrity, hard work, and perseverance. His family legacy extends beyond his immediate household; five of his relatives also own plumbing businesses, creating a strong network of professional support and collaboration.

Understanding the importance of continuous learning and improvement, Britt has passionately invested over half a million dollars into employee training and development. Recognizing that his team’s growth directly translates to exceptional customer service, Britt frequently sends his technicians to specialized training in Florida, Tennessee, and other locations. Britt’s entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t stop at plumbing. Before founding PD Plumbing, he successfully ran “Moore Cash for Silver,” showcasing his keen eye for opportunity and innovation. He is also an avid fisherman, actively participating in tournaments and bringing his passion for the outdoors into his entrepreneurial ventures. Britt invented “Bottle Bobbers,” a unique fishing product that underscores his creativity and ability to transform ideas into reality.
Moreover, Britt’s involvement as a real estate investor and developer for over two decades has allowed him to learn from various mentors and industry leaders.
